A. Once an order is placed, shipping will begin in China. It usually takes 10-20 days for the product to arrive.

Q. Can I return or get a refund?

A. Since we ship from China after receiving an order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for products ordered from our store after the order has been confirmed. Q. Are there any charges other than the product price?
